Compiles and maintains various employee records.
Data entry of new hires, change reports and dismissals.
Maintains all employee records such as attendance records and files various personnel reports on hourly employees daily.
Assists in organization of employee activities, distributes employee handouts regarding benefits, programs, surveys, etc.
, copies and faxes requested documents.
Assists in answering phones.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
Shift Requirements:
Candidates should have satisfactory or better attendance.
Overtime Requirements:
Available as needed.
Qualifications:
Candidates should show an attention to detail, have good communication skills, have good keyboarding skills, and work effectively on a team.
Confidentiality is a must.
Good attendance, and must have transportation to/from work.
Additional Information:
Position is for 3rd shift, 10:
00 pm - 6:
00 am (Shift times may vary.
), Sunday-Thursday (into Friday am), Friday nights may be required.
You will have to train on 1st shift for a week prior to starting 3rd shift Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
